What kind of paper do you use?

The below paper selections are available across all of our stationery items, including: announcements, save the dates and invitations.

Matte Superfine Eggshell Ultra White:

  • Our thickest paper, with a unique texture that adds elegance
  • 120-lb. thick paper stock
  • 80-lb. envelopes included at no charge

Shimmer Pearlized White:

  • White stock with a beautiful smooth, shimmery metallic finish
  • 105-lb. thick paper stock
  • 80-lb. envelopes included at no charge

Are envelopes included with my order?

Envelopes are included at no charge for all stationery items.

How long does it take to process an order?

Each personalized order is individually handcrafted by our trained staff. Please allow us three business days to produce your order. See our order fulfillment schedule below.

Business days are defined as Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.

Order fulfillment schedule:

  • Orders received by 10:59 p.m. CT Sunday will ship by Wednesday
  • Orders received by 10:59 p.m. CT Monday will ship by Thursday
  • Orders received by 10:59 p.m. CT Tuesday will ship by Friday
  • Orders received by 10:59 p.m. CT Wednesday will ship by Monday
  • Orders received by 10:59 p.m. CT Thursday will ship by Tuesday
  • Orders received by 10:59 p.m. CT Friday will ship by Wednesday
  • Orders received by 10:59 p.m. CT Saturday will ship by Wednesday

When will I get my order?

Free standard shipping is included with orders placed with a Jostens rep during in-school events. Expedited shipping options are also available at checkout via UPS with estimated delivery times listed below.

Shipping to PO Boxes

Jostens does not allow shipping to PO Boxes for the following products: College Announcements.

What forms of payment do you accept?

We currently accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express.

What if I don't like my order?

If you are not happy with the order you have received, please let us know. Contact us Monday through Friday 8 a.m. 5 p.m. CT. We strive to answer emails within 24 hours.

Can I return, change or cancel my order?

Your printed order begins processing automatically after it is submitted. No edits or refunds will be accepted after that point.

If, upon receipt, you are not satisfied due to quality issues, an error on our part, or damage during shipping, then we will replace your item as quickly as possible at no additional charge. If you prefer a refund, contact us to coordinate shipment back to our facility. Refunds for a damaged or flawed item include shipping charges. Any damage must be reported within seven days of delivery. No allowances or credits will be given after this period.

Because each order is custom printed on a per order basis, returns will not be accepted for instances outside of what is mentioned above.

Once we receive your return for refund, it will be processed within 2-3 business days. After the return has been processed, you will receive credit back to the credit card used to make the purchase within 3-5 business days.

Which Internet browsers does your site support?

Our personalization tool supports Safari, Firefox, Chrome and Internet Explorer 10 or higher.

Photo Policy, Terms of Use and Terms of Sale

Jostens, Inc. ("Jostens") and/or its subcontractors operate this online property ("Property") to provide certain services to you, including the ability to upload photographs and text to design personalized photo cards, announcements and other personalized products. If you upload pictures or text in connection with your personalization of a product, this Photo Policy applies.

Photos, images and text you provide in connection with your personalization and/or purchase of a product through this Property are User Content as defined in, and governed by, the Jostens Terms of Use which apply to your use of this Property. You understand that your User Content must comply with the User Content Standards set forth in the Terms of Use. This includes ensuring you have the right to let Jostens use User Content if it has other people in it (e.g., a group picture). Notwithstanding anything to the contrary in the Terms of Use, any photos you upload to personalize your product are used for product personalization purposes only and for no other purpose, unless you separately provide that photo to Jostens elsewhere (e.g., through ReplayIt).

Jostens may alter the size of your photos and/or images, and/or alter the font style and/or size of your provided text, to fit the product you are customizing. Jostens retains the right to decline to produce a customized product based on the User Content provided.

If you are uploading a professional photo, you represent to Jostens that you have secured all rights from the photographer to allow Jostens to use the uploaded photo to create your personalized product, and you will hold Jostens harmless from any liability resulting from its use of your photo to create your product.

Your purchase is governed by the Jostens Terms of Sale.
