When will I receive my yearbook? (Yearbook Shipping & Delivery Information)
Yearbooks and yearbook add-ons are typically distributed in school. Please contact your school's yearbook advisor for information on when you can expect to receive your yearbook and other related items. 

Can I wait to purchase a yearbook after they've been delivered to my school?
While your school may order extra books to sell during distribution, a yearbook will not be reserved in your name. To ensure that you receive a book, we encourage you to purchase before your school's order deadline. 

Looking for a past yearbook? 
Jostens prints millions of yearbooks each year, therefore we are unable to keep inventories of backdated yearbooks in stock. And since published yearbooks are the property of the schools, the decision of whether or not to supply or approve reprinting of backdated yearbooks is up to the individual school. You may contact the school's media center or yearbook adviser directly to inquire about backdated yearbooks. Please note that if you find a yearbook and would like to reproduce it, the school is responsible for granting permission. Jostens does not legally hold the copyrights on the books we print. The school holds all copyrights and is considered the publisher. Good luck with your search.

Payment Options
Payment in full with a credit card is required to place an order online. We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover.

Confirm Your Online Order
When we receive your order, we will create a receipt for you and send you an email confirmation to the email you provide. When the receipt appears on your screen, you will know your order was accepted. 
Print this screen for your records. The receipt also has details about your order, such as the number of items that you purchased, sales tax, and total order price. If the receipt does not appear, follow the instructions that appear on the screen or email us. Print the receipt for your records so you can refer to it if you have questions about your order later on. 

Changes & Cancellations
To cancel or make changes to your order:
If you ordered your yearbook through your school, contact your school's yearbook adviser.
If you ordered your yearbook via mail, phone or online, email us or call 1.877.767.5217
