Val Williams is responsible for the overall leadership of Operations for Jostens, including Sales, Manufacturing and Service.

Val Williams was promoted to COO in 2008. Prior to that, he was responsible for leading the Printing and Publishing sales channel for the U.S. and Canada.

Williams joined Jostens in 1987 as an independent sales representative. Since that time he has held various positions in Printing and Publishing Sales, Scholastic Sales, regional management, Division and Corporate Marketing and Process Simplification.

Williams holds a bachelor's degree in business administration from Boise State University.
