Download Instructions
- I downloaded my template, but I'm not sure where to find it.
- The template should be in the folder you selected during the download process. If you can't locate the template, use the 'Find' function and type
in the template name (ie - TEMPLATE NAME). This should direct you to its location on your computer. Don't rename the file you're downloading, it may
cause installation problems.
- How do I start the download?
- Clicking the text link starts the basic file transfer from our server to your computer.
- Where should the download go?
- If you're using Windows95/98/NT/XP or a Macintosh, download files to your desktop, or the main screen for your computer. Once the transfer is complete you can easily find the file by closing all your windows.
- Can I save the download to a floppy disk?
- Once you've selected the option to either save the file or save to disk make sure you are then saving it to the hard disk inside your computer. Check the file size, it may be too large to fit on one floppy disk and it cannot be segmented into several disks.
- Is downloading the same as installing?
- No. A download is a simple file transfer. You will need to locate the files in your
computer once you've successfully downloaded the file from our site.
- What if the download stops before it's complete?
- You will need to reinitiate the download by clicking on the link again.
