Registration Information

Nearly 100% of last year’s attendees said they "feel they received their money's worth" at the Jostens Renaissance National Conference. After the 2011 Jostens Renaissance® National Conference, over 90% of survey respondents said they would recommend a future national conference to others – and even more reported they would like attend another themselves!

General Registration

• $320 - Early-Bird Registration available through 5/1/2012
• $350 - Standard Registration available 5/2/2012 - 7/1/2012
• $425 - On-Site Registration available after 7/1/2012

Guest Registration

• $250 - Guest Registration available through 7/15/2012

Guest Registration includes:

• Admittance to the Opening Session [Friday]
• Participation in Friday Fun Night, including meal
• Admittance to the Awards Gala & Entertainment [Saturday]
• Jostens Renaissance® National Conference T-Shirt

By completing and submitting this online registration, you are considered registered and, as such, materials, seats, food, beverages, etc. will be planned, ordered and purchased on your behalf. You are obligated to payment in full and accept the cancellation terms outlined below.

Children: Jostens understands that some conference attendees may bring children to the Rosen Shingle Creek, but we request they do not attend any conference functions or meals without the purchase of a guest registration pass. If you need assistance in providing care during the meetings or evenings, please contact the hotel concierge directly at (866) 996-9939.

Accepted Forms of Payment: Credit card or check

The suggested method of payment is credit card. Checks are also accepted. To ensure proper processing of your check, a copy of your registration confirmation or invoice must accompany the payment. Full payment must be received prior to July 1.

Registration Confirmation & Payment Receipt/Invoice

The email confirmation is considered your receipt, if paying by credit card, or your invoice, if paying by check. Please print and/or save the confirmation for your records. Note: The email confirmation is per registrant, not per school.

Cancellation Policy

By completing and submitting this online registration, you are considered registered and, as such, materials, seats, food, beverages, etc. will be planned, ordered and purchased on your behalf. You are obligated to payment in full and accept the cancellation terms outlined below.

Cancellations must be sent by email or U.S. mail to Jostens Renaissance National Conference, 3601 Minnesota Drive #400, Minneapolis, MN 55435. Cancellation refunds will be issued in the form originally received. All refunds will be processed within 6-8 weeks after the conference.

Cancellation Fee for General Registration

• Until May 1: 0$ (full refund of $320)
• May 2 - July1: $100 fee
• July 2 - Onsite: Full registration fee (no refund)

Cancellation Fee for Guest Registration

• Until May 1: 0$ (full refund of $250)
• May 2 - July1: $100 fee
• July 2 - Onsite: Full registration fee (no refund)

Transfer of Registration
The transfer of a registration from one individual to another will be accepted (at no charge) through July 1, 2012. After this date, a $35.00 fee will be assessed for registration transfer.
