David Chivers is responsible for overall strategic direction and financial accountability for the Jostens digital strategy and platform.
Prior to joining Jostens in 2012, he served as Vice President of Factiva and the Wall Street Journal Professional Products at Dow Jones & Company. Most notably, he helped lead and implement one of the very first apps offered through the iPad with The Wall Street Journal.
Chivers received his undergraduate degree from Central College in Pella, IA, his Master’s Degree from Roosevelt University and his MBA from the University of Iowa.
Rick Cochran is Vice President of Sales. Support sales leaders and provide strategic direction and drive growth opportunities across Jostens High School, College and International business segments.
He joined Jostens in 2012 after serving LaVie Care Centers as Executive Vice President for the large network of health care centers throughout North America. Prior, he led sales organizations in the education market and has led large sales operations in the Government, Education, Manufacturing, Health Care and Information Technology industries. He has led global sales organizations in North America, France, Dubai and London.
Cochran is a graduate of the University of Miami.
Scott Henkel is responsible for leading the strategy, planning and implementation of Jostens' information technology.
Henkel joined Jostens in 2010. Prior to Jostens, Henkel served as CIO for Capella Education Company. He also held the position of sr. vice president, Operations, at the company. Previous to his tenure at Capella, he was CIO and vice president of software engineering at DataCard Group.
Henkel is a graduate of Metropolitan State University and holds a MBA from the University of St. Thomas.
Keith Kugler is responsible for accounting, forecasting, planning and control functions for Jostens.
Kugler joined Jostens in 1998 as a senior financial analyst for Printing and Publishing. He was promoted to Operations manager in 2001 and Printing Controller in 2005. Kugler was named Vice President of Finance in 2008.
Prior to joining Jostens, Kugler held various finance positions at Lamaur Inc. and Deloitte & Touche, LLP.
Kugler holds a bachelor of accountancy degree from the University of North Dakota.
Pat Lambert is responsible for strategic project and initiative planning, integration and execution across Jostens.
Lambert joined Jostens in 1986. He has held a variety of leadership positions in Finance, including Internal Audit Director, Assistant Corporate Controller and Division Controller, and in Operations Project Management. He was named vice president, Planning and Execution in 2008.
Prior to joining Jostens, Lambert worked in both public and industry accounting.
Lambert holds a bachelor's degree in accounting from the Mankato State University, a MBA from the University of St. Thomas and professional CPA and CPIM certification.
Cathy is responsible for the leadership and management of the Jostens Legal department.
Prior to joining Jostens in 2013, she served as the Chief Legal Officer at Pampered Chef, a Berkshire Hathaway Company. Previous to her tenure at Pampered Chef, she has held various senior positions at Mary Kay, National Car Rental and was a litigation associate at Dorsey and Whitney law firm.
Landman received her undergraduate degree from Georgetown University’s School of Foreign Service in Washington, D.C. and her J.D. from the University of Wisconsin.
Eric Loring is responsible for enterprise-wide digital product operations, support, and implementation.
Loring joined Jostens in 1996 in the Printing Technical Support Group located in Jostens' Topeka Kansas, manufacturing facility. He was promoted to vice president, E-Business in 2008. Prior to that, he held the positions of Senior Marketing Manager and Product Manager for Jostens' Memory Book segment, managing the direction for YearTech®, YearTech® Online, Memories Direct™ Online and Jostens Photobooks.
He holds a bachelor's degree from Kansas State University.
Jim Simpson is responsible for all financial planning, forecasting, accounting and control functions for Jostens.
Simpson joined Jostens as CFO in 2010. Prior to joining Jostens, Simpson served as CFO for Minneapolis-based Dairy Queen, a Berkshire Hathaway company. Previous to his tenure at Dairy Queen, he worked in public accounting, specializing in tax and audit practices.
Simpson is a graduate of the University of Northern Iowa, Cedar Falls, Iowa and is a Certified Public Accountant.
Natalie Stute is the Vice President for Human Resources. She has responsibility for corporate recruiting, compensation, leadership development, succession planning, employee relations, diversity and inclusion, compliance, employee engagement, and employee recognition.
Prior to joining Jostens in 2008, Stute was Human Resources Director for the Northland and National Programs business units with Travelers Insurance. Previously, she held leadership positions with The St. Paul Companies and Best Buy.
She is a graduate of Florida A&M University and holds a Masters of Arts in HRIR from the Carlson School of Management, University of Minnesota.
