Chuck Mooty - Chief Executive Officer
Charles “Chuck” Mooty serves as President and CEO of Jostens. He also is a member of the Jostens and Visant Corporation Boards of Directors. Mooty is responsible for providing strategic leadership to establish Jostens’ long-range goals, plans and policies.

In addition to serving on the Jostens and Visant Boards of Directors, Mooty serves on the Board of Directors for Fairview Health Services and also the Faribault Woolen Mill Company.  

Mooty joined Jostens in 2014. He began his career in the Finance and Treasury departments at SuperValu before joining International Dairy Queen. For more than 21 years, he served in a variety of leadership roles at International Dairy Queen including chairman, CEO and president. Mooty has also served as Chairman and CEO of the Faribault Woolen Mill Company and Chairman and Interim CEO for Fairview Health Services.

Mooty has more than 30 years of business and civic leadership experience. He earned his bachelor’s degree in business administration from the University of Minnesota, and an MBA from the University of Minnesota – Carlson School of Management.

John Bibeault - Vice President, Scholastic

John Bibeault is responsible the Scholastic business. He leads design, production, customer service and sales of jewelry and graduation products that help students commemorate and celebrate moments that matter.

Bibeault joined Jostens in 2002 as Senior Director of Operations for Scholastic and College. He was promoted to Vice President of Operations, Supply Chain and Planning for Scholastic and College. Bibeault was named Vice President, Scholastic in 2014.

Prior to joining Jostens, Bibeault managed international operations for Symbol Technologies (a wholly owned subsidiary of Motorola) and Bose Corporation.

Bibeault received his Bachelor of Science, Industrial Technology from Rhode Island College.

Ann Carr - Chief Marketing Officer

Ann Carr is responsible for strategic marketing, brand building and growth-driving strategies to connect with our customers.

Prior to joining Jostens, Carr served as Executive Vice President/General Manager for MARS-an industry leading Marketing agency working with a multitude of clients including Cargill, UnitedHealth Group, Target and Coke. Prior to joining MARS, Carr served as Vice President, Promotion Marketing at General Mills, where she led the development of hundreds of brand building promotions including the industry leading Box Tops for Education loyalty platform, which has become the top school fundraiser in America. Carr is also a member of the Google Shopper Marketing Council.

Carr received her Master in Business Administration and Bachelor of Science degrees in Finance and Marketing from the University of Minnesota’s Carlson School of Management.

Scott Henkel - Chief Information Officer

Scott Henkel is responsible for leading the strategy, planning and implementation of Jostens' information technology.

Henkel joined Jostens in 2010. Prior to Jostens, Henkel served as CIO for Capella Education Company. He also held the position of sr. vice president, Operations, at the company. Previous to his tenure at Capella, he was CIO and vice president of software engineering at DataCard Group.

Henkel is a graduate of Metropolitan State University and holds a MBA from the University of St. Thomas.

Mike Kelly - Chief of Strategy and Business Development

Mike Kelly is responsible for the development and leadership of new business initiatives, potential partnerships and acquisitions, and project execution.

Prior to joining Jostens, Kelly served as President at DelaGet, LLC. Kelly has held several CEO, executive and senior leadership roles at a wide range of businesses from the Minnesota Vikings to software and analytics companies. He has executed turnarounds and growth initiatives leading to the successful recapitalization and sale of a number of those businesses.

Prior to his business executive roles, he was a partner of Faegre & Benson LLP, where he practiced corporate law and finance, he was selected by CityBusiness as one of its “40 under 40” business leaders. He was also selected by his peers as a “Super Lawyer” and a “Rising Star” in surveys conducted by local business and legal trade journals.

Kelly received this Bachelor of Arts in the Program of Liberal Studies from the University of Notre Dame and his J.D. from the University of Notre Dame Law School.

Patrick Lambert - Vice President, Project Management

Pat Lambert is responsible for strategic project and initiative planning, integration and execution across Jostens.

Lambert joined Jostens in 1986. He has held a variety of leadership positions in Finance, including Internal Audit Director, Assistant Corporate Controller and Division Controller, and in Operations Project Management. He was named vice president, Planning and Execution in 2008.

Prior to joining Jostens, Lambert worked in both public and industry accounting.

Lambert holds a bachelor's degree in accounting from the Mankato State University, a MBA from the University of St. Thomas and professional CPA and CPIM certification.

Cathy Landman - General Counsel

Cathy is responsible for the leadership and management of the Jostens Legal department.

Prior to joining Jostens in 2013, she served as the Chief Legal Officer at Pampered Chef, a Berkshire Hathaway Company. Previous to her tenure at Pampered Chef, she has held various senior positions at Mary Kay, National Car Rental and was a litigation associate at Dorsey and Whitney law firm.

Landman received her undergraduate degree from Georgetown University’s School of Foreign Service in Washington, D.C. and her J.D. from the University of Wisconsin.

Chris Poitras - Vice President, College, Pro Champ and Military

Chris Poitras is responsible for the College and Pro Champ Business. He leads the design, production and sales of products, programs and services that help college students and professional athletic champions and their fans tell their stories and celebrate their achievements.

Poitras joined Jostens in 2009 as National Director of College and Sports Sales and Marketing. He was named Vice President, College and Pro Champ in 2014.

Prior to joining Jostens, Poitras led sales, marketing and operations management for national pro sports teams including the Boston Bruins, Sacramento Kings, Minnesota Wild and the Minnesota Vikings. Chris holds his bachelor’s degree from Northeastern University.

Jim Simpson - Chief Financial Officer

Jim Simpson is responsible for all financial planning, forecasting, accounting and control functions for Jostens.

Simpson joined Jostens as CFO in 2010. Prior to joining Jostens, Simpson served as CFO for Minneapolis-based Dairy Queen, a Berkshire Hathaway company. Previous to his tenure at Dairy Queen, he worked in public accounting, specializing in tax and audit practices.

Simpson is a graduate of the University of Northern Iowa, Cedar Falls, Iowa and is a Certified Public Accountant.

Natalie Stute - Vice President, Human Resources

Natalie Stute is the Vice President for Human Resources. She has responsibility for corporate recruiting, compensation, leadership development, succession planning, employee relations, diversity and inclusion, compliance, employee engagement, and employee recognition.

Prior to joining Jostens in 2008, Stute was Human Resources Director for the Northland and National Programs business units with Travelers Insurance. Previously, she held leadership positions with The St. Paul Companies and Best Buy.

She is a graduate of Florida A&M University and holds a Masters of Arts in HRIR from the Carlson School of Management, University of Minnesota.

Murad Velani - Chief Operating Officer and Vice President, Yearbook

Murad Velani is responsible for the Memory Book business. He leads strategy, operations and sales of school yearbooks, memory books and related products that help people tell their stories and capture events and moments that matter.

Prior to joining Jostens in 2014, Velani served as the President and Chief Operating Officer of Group O, Inc., a privately held company that specializes in marketing packaging, supply chain, print management, information analytics and outsourcing solutions to the world’s leading brands.

Velani has held executive leadership positions at Archway Marketing, Eventis, Carlson Corporation, Deluxe Corporation and IBM. He currently serves on the board of the University of Minnesota, Technological Leadership Institute.

Velani received his Bachelor of Business Administration, Management Information Sciences from the University of Wisconsin and his Master of Science, Management of Technology degree from the University of Minnesota.

Judy Webster - Director, Canada, International and Retail

Judy Webster is responsible for the Yearbook, Scholastic, College and Championship business in the Canadian and International marketplace as well as the Retail Division. Judy leads the Canadian, International and Retail sales and marketing teams as well as the Canadian yearbook customer service, pre-production and scholastic service teams, ensuring the delivery of a superior customer experience as everyone around the world captures and celebrates the moments that matter.

Judy joined Jostens in April of 1999 in school photography sales and has since held the positions of Sales Training Manager, Regional Sales Manager, National Sales Manager, Canadian Director of Sales and Marketing and was named Director of International Sales and Marketing in June 2009.

Prior to joining Jostens, Judy consistently exceeded sales goals in school photography sales at Sony of Canada and also held sales and branch management positions in both private and national firms in the personnel industry.

Judy received her Bachelor of Arts Degree in Economics with a specialty in Accounting from the University of Waterloo located in Waterloo, Ontario, Canada.
