Exclusively designed custom rings created by Jostens were presented to the 2009 class of Disney’s Dreamers Academy with Steve Harvey at commencement ceremonies held on February 15th in Epcot at Walt Disney World Resort in Lake Buena Vista, Florida. The program provided a select group of 100 high school students the opportunity to explore careers from all aspects of the Disney theme park operations, from business, to entertainment, to sports, and others.

The 100 Dreamers were selected from several thousand applicants, for their unique stories and backgrounds, something which inspired Jostens to create a one-of-a-kind ring design. The design of the official Disney’s Dreamers Academy ring includes the Academy name and logo, bearing a shooting star over the magical Disney castle, along with the class year and Steve Harvey’s signature, and personalized with each Dreamer’s name engraved inside their ring.
The rings were created to encourage each Dreamer to remember, share, and celebrate their Dreamer’s Academy story and as a symbol of their connection to the select group of distinguished alumni of Disney’s Dreamers Academy. Each Dreamer was presented their ring by their parent or chaperone who accompanied them to the Academy, making the experience of receiving their class ring even more special.
