Ring Designs reflect rich tradition and personal experience
Minneapolis - Jan 6, 2011

Boise State University and the Boise State Alumni Association have selected master jewelers at Jostens to design and craft official university rings for students, alumni, faculty and staff. The new custom collection was designed to offer rings that reflect the rich tradition of the university while empowering individuals to personalize their Boise State story on one of twenty-one men’s and women’s ring designs.

“The Boise State Alumni Association board of directors is very happy with the design options that the Jostens ring program provides,” says Travis Burgess, alumni board president. “We think alumni of all ages and eras will be thrilled with the way each ring can be personalized. Each alum who buys a ring will love the fact that it is one of a kind.”

Together, Boise State and Jostens designed a ring collection that captures the true spirit and tradition of the campus. Design options include the Boise State diamond logo and the recognizable Bronco logo. One stone choice is a blue spinel that can be enhanced with the Bronco logo encrusted on the stone. Another design option is a signet ring that features the Boise State Alumni shield. All ring designs can be customized and personalized and capture information including type of degree, field of study and graduation year. Ring sides can also highlight special achievements and memories made along the way.

“We are honored to help graduates and alumni display their connection to Boise State,” said Val Williams, COO, Jostens and Boise State graduate. “Every ring will tell a personal story about accomplishments and traditions that make up a successful Boise State experience.”

Boise State rings can be ordered on-line at college.jostens.com or by calling 1-800-854-7464. Sample rings are displayed in the Boise State University Bookstore. The one-of-a-kind rings will be delivered directly to the customer in approximately six weeks.
