Colleen Feigum graduated from Chippewa Falls, Wisconsin, Senior High School as a member of the Class of 2011 and then claimed the grand prize in Jostens’ National Jewelry Sweepstakes. Feigum was selected as the winner in the national drawing, winning the opportunity to bring a friend, and two chaperones, on a trip to Denton, Texas, to see how a class ring is made. She also created a new class ring design that was produced for her.
“The tour of the plant was awesome. It was an honor to work with Jostens employees in Denton on designing my ring,” said Colleen Feigum. “The Jostens team made my design look better than I could ever imagine.”
Jostens’ 2011 National Jewelry Sweepstakes celebrated the class ring tradition and the student connection with activities, friends and their graduation year that the class ring symbolizes. In addition to the personalized tour of Jostens’ ring manufacturing facility in Denton, Texas, Feigum and her guests also attended a Blink 182 concert at the Gexa Energy Pavilion.
