Jostens' Tim Larson Resigns as President and Chief Executive

Tim Larson, President and Chief Executive Officer of Jostens advised that he is resigning from Jostens. Tim will remain available to assist with the transition.

Tim has been with Jostens for 20 years. He has held a variety of leadership positions at Jostens in general management, technology, e-business and marketing. He became the general manager of Jostens' Memory Book business in 2005 and was appointed President and Chief Executive Officer in January 2008.

Tim provided the following comments, "It's been a tremendous honor to work with Jostens customers, sales representatives and employees. That's why this decision was so difficult and came after substantial evaluation. Thank you to everyone across the Jostens team. Your dedication, drive and care for what we do and represent are, and will always be, inspiring to me. This is a great company with a strong team in place and I look forward to seeing the progress continue."

The Jostens Leadership Team, which has been instrumental in providing direction and management under Tim's leadership, will continue to provide senior leadership to the Jostens organization. Jim Simpson, who has served as Jostens' Chief Financial Officer since 2010, will be the key point of contact for Jostens' day-to-day operations during the interim period.

The Board of Directors has initiated a search to fill the President and Chief Executive Officer position.
