PSPA Analyzer
The PSPA Analyzer is designed to scan your portrait CD to determine if it meets PSPA (Professional School Photographers Association) standards. Using this tool before submitting your CD to Jostens will help you determine if there are errors with the text file, folder structure and individual image files. Jostens is a PSPA member. Here is How the Process Works:

1. Make arrangements for your school's photo and retake days, and work with your photographer to determine how you will provide the student data file. View a sample text file that a school would supply a photographer.
2. Mail the CD to the plant approximately three weeks prior to your yearbook deadline.
3. Receive and correct photo proofs.
4. Select and submit yearbook page layouts from the pre-designed series or create custom designs using Panel Maker.
5. Review the final yearbook proof.
