FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

If you place an order online you should be able to see the order in the My Orders page and you should also have received an order confirmation from Mikhail.Kalinouski@jostens.com.

If you place your order through our Customer Care team, the order is placed as a guest order by Customer Care and will not be available for you to review in the My Orders page. You should have received an email confirmation from Mikhail.Kalinouski@jostens.com for these orders if you provided an email address when you placed the order.

We use green screen technology for picture day. Green screen technology provides a fun way to personalize your student’s photos. However, if your student wears green, the green item will alter in color or take on the same color as the background.

Our ecommerce site offers the choice of a variety of photos, poses and personalization options.

You may call Customer Care at ecommerce_1-877-515-1447 and place your order by phone, however your purchasing options are limited to the chosen yearbook photo and the yearbook background selected by your school. Other personalization options are also not available.

If your school did not provide your email address when they provided their student list, then you will need to use ‘Find your student?’ from the header on the Gallery page photos to your account. Once you have located the photos for an event, they will be tied to your Gallery.

Your event code is printed on the JostensPIX flyer distributed to your school. If you did not receive a flyer please contact your school for assistance in finding the event code.

Every once in a while the lighting at a school venue is not ideal for green screen technology. If there are any issues with background replacement, JostensPIX limits background choice to a small set of solid colors.

A yearbook photo is taken at the original photo event and again at retake if your student decides that they would like another photo to be taken. The yearbook photo taken at retake will always be used in place of the photo taken at the original photo shoot unless the school advisor has requested that both photos be made available for them to choose from. Jostens is not responsible for yearbook photo decisions made by the school yearbook advisor.

JostensPIX is committed to processing your order as quickly as possible.

After receiving your order, your photos will be printed within 8-10 days. Please allow an additional 2-3 days if you requested retouching. Once your order is ready to ship, expect to receive it in 3-5 business days (assuming no shipping delays).

Composite Photo Ship Policy:

If you ordered a composite photo, you will receive your individual portrait photos according to the schedule above and your composite photo will be shipped separately after retake day occurs and your school approves the composite photo layout.

It is recommended that you use Chrome, Safari, Firefox or Edge for optimal experience. Internet Explorer is minimally supported and not recommended.

If the merchant you are using to print the digital image you purchased from JostensPIX requests a release to print, please contact our Customer Care team at ecommerce_1-877-515-1447, Option 1 and we would be happy to assist you.

You need to create an account in order to view your student's photos. Creating an account is free and easy.

Register your free account using the email address you have on file with your school and photos will automatically display in the Gallery.

If you use another email account, go to 'Find Your Student?' to associate your student's photos with this other account.
