Why did I receive two envelopes for each announcement?
An inner and outer envelope are
proper etiquette for sending graduation announcements. The first, or
smaller envelope that has no gum on the flap is your inner envelope. This
should be address with the informal name. Your announcement is placed in
this envelope. The year date seal is used to seal the inner envelope.
Place this envelope in the outer or larger envelope that has gum on the
flap. This outer envelope is the one that you address using the formal name
for mailing.
