FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

Visit photos.jostens.com, type in the name of your school, and choose it from the drop-down.

If your school’s site isn’t active, you can contact your school’s yearbook adviser to activate or check back at a later time.

School Life photos are typically from activities, events, clubs and organizations, sports and more. Portraits are the photos that will be used for the student portraits section in the yearbook.

Not every school will have both available.

Check your spam folder. Sometimes, verification codes can end up in your spam folder. If you don’t see it there, try searching for “Jostens” or “verification code” in your spam folder.

Request a new code. If you still haven’t received your verification code after checking your spam folder, you can request a new one. To do this, click on the “Resend code” link on the verification screen.

Yes, you can submit photos from your mobile, tablet or computer.

The latest version of Chrome (recommended), Safari or Edge. If you’re experiencing issues, we recommend clearing your cache. See Chrome’s instructions for how to clear cache and cookies.

Not a problem. The file formats JPEG, PNG, TIFF, HEIC, or WEBP are acceptable as long as they don’t exceed the 50 MB file size restriction.

The yearbook staff determines the final yearbook content. Jostens cannot guarantee the use of any submitted images or photo details. Any content shared may also be modified by the yearbook staff.
