How long is the coverage period?
Jostens Yearbook Protection Plan offers lifetime coverage for the lifetime of the student for whom the yearbook is purchased.
What is the reprinting fee?
The reprinting fee is the price (plus sales tax, shipping, and handling) that you will be charged for Jostens to reprint your yearbook. You will only be charged the reprinting fee in the event your yearbook is lost, stolen, or damaged and you file a claim to reprint it. Reprinting fees vary based upon the specifications of your original yearbook. You can obtain an estimate of how much the reprinting fee will be for your specific yearbook by contacting Jostens via email or at the following toll-free number: 1-877-767-5217, ext. 4 (8 am - 5 pm CST M-F).
My yearbook is lost, stolen, or damaged. How do I file a claim to get a reprint?

Will I get my exact yearbook if I file a claim to reprint it?
The inside page content of your reprinted yearbook will be substantially similar to your original yearbook. The paper quality and color may slightly differ from your original yearbook. The cover will be reproduced as closely as possible but, due to Jostensí reprinting process, may differ from your original cover. Any signatures or personal messages you acquired in your yearbook after you received it are not covered by the Protection Plan. Additionally, any cover personalization or Personal Yearbook Pages that were included in your original yearbook are not covered by the Protection Plan.
Iíve decided I no longer want to protect my yearbook with the Protection Plan. What do I do?
You must cancel your order of the Protection Plan within three business days from the date of purchase in order to receive a full refund of the amount you paid for the Protection Plan.
