30-Day Satisfaction Guarantee
Jostens offers a 30-day money-back guarantee on non-jewelry items, as well as bead bracelets and beads. Examples include: paperweights, key chains, framed prints, pens, money clips, posters, bead bracelets and beads. If at any time within 30 days of receiving your item, if you are unsatisfied with your purchase, you may return it to Jostens for your money back.
Shipping
Jostens Championship products will ship in an average of 6-8 weeks via UPS or USPS. We are unable to ship to P.O. Boxes or APOs.
Product Returns
Due to the custom nature of our products, no returns will be granted after production has begun on your product. From your order date, you have three (3) business days to contact Customer Service to cancel your order.
Products may vary in appearance from the product imagery online to in-person. All pieces are hand-made for you, and because of this, each product will be uniquely yours.
