For over 120 years, Jostens has been the most trusted partner of schools, universities, sports teams, parents, and students in celebrating their most important moments and achievements. On behalf of the entire Jostens family of employees and sales representatives, I want to share our commitments to you and the schools we serve during this unprecedented time of uncertainty:

1.A Commitment to Health and Safety

The health and safety of our team and the schools, students, families, and customers we serve is the highest priority for Jostens. We are closely monitoring the evolving situation with COVID-19, following CDC and government guidance, and regularly communicating with our employees and our sales force to keep our work environments safe and clean. This includes:

  • Increasing our cleaning protocols using products which have been found to be most effective
  • Asking employees to refrain from working if they show symptoms, are not feeling well, or have recently traveled
  • Staying in close communication with local, state, and federal officials to comply with and communicate health guidelines to our teams
  • Meeting regularly to refine and update plans as new information becomes available

2.A Commitment to Serve

As communities mobilize to respond to COVID-19, some schools and organizations are being required or electing to temporarily close facilities or postpone events. We are ready to assist our schools, teams and customers however we can, with revised schedules, delayed delivery dates, and creative solutions to preserve school traditions. Our Jostens representatives and customer service staff are working rapidly and responsively to address these changing needs in these rapidly evolving times.

3.A Commitment to Tradition

At Jostens we believe in the power of school traditions. School traditions, like the experiences they symbolize, matter in the moment and in the years to come for students, their families, and their communities.

We are committed to providing proactive, flexible solutions to help schools preserve the traditions their students will carry with them for years, whether it’s making sure students get the yearbooks or class rings they’ve worked for all year, or making sure our high school and college seniors get their deserved opportunity to celebrate graduation in some way – at school or virtually at home. This will be a year to remember, and Jostens is in a unique position to help the Class of 2020 remember it forever.
