Stone Cut
Stone Cut:
- Facet: Stones with "cuts" producing flat surfaces on top and bottom. (An example, most diamonds have these "cuts" or facets on top.)
- Smooth: The surface of the stone is buff or smooth.
- Sunburst: An effect created by actually cutting symmetrical grooves into the underside of the stone
- Encrusting: Old English Letter, Special Emblems. Stones must be smooth cut.
- Protected Emblems: feature a a symbol of your choice set beneath your stone. Sunburst stones not available with a protected emblem.
- Tube Sets: primarily set in synthetic stones due to the hardness level. We do not place tube sets in genuine stones with the exception of black onyx and hematite.
