my birthstone |
If
your simulated birthstone or cubic zirconia is scratched, chipped or broken, we’ll
replace it. Our Lifetime Limited Warranty does not cover diamonds and
other genuine stones. Additional charges may apply if there is other
damage. |
| I
transferred to a different high school |
If
you change high schools, we'll manufacture jewelry appropriate to the
design of your new high school without charge, prior to your graduation. |
| My
high school graduation year changed |
Should
your year of high school graduation change, we'll update/change the
graduation year on your jewelry for up to three (3) months after you
graduate. Exception: Exclusive Millennium Collection rings or
promotional rings will be replaced with rings of similar value. |
| Change my high school Design-A-Side® |
Jostens offers a one time remake for underclassmen while in high school who desire or have a need to change their activity or mascot panel.

| My college degree, graduation date or curriculum changed |
If your
degree letters or your date of graduation, or curriculum change, Jostens will replace your college ring with your correct graduation
year and/or degree/curriculum. This is free of charge provided that your school remains the same. If your new degree or curriculum
is from a different school than your original ring, a $60 remake fee applies. |

need a bigger or smaller ring size |
To
most accurately measure your ring size, order your FREE Ring Sizer or,
visit our Ring
Sizer Guidelines. |
| My
jewelry is defective |
Jostens
will repair defects in workmanship or material. We will replace your
jewelry if repairs cannot be made due to defects in
workmanship or materials. |

Antique Finish |
The

can change simulated birthstones. We can also add diamonds and other
genuine stones for an additional cost. Additional charges may apply if
your stone is encrusted. |

or change a protected emblem |
A
protected emblem features a popular design set beneath your stone. When
choosing a protected emblem, we recommend that you choose light-colored
stones (such as the white spinel) to give your protected emblem the
clarity it deserves. Protected emblems are not available on all ring

available for your ring. |
| Add
or change my inside engraving |
You
may add or change the engraving inside your ring. You can choose to
have your full name or your initials. Certain designs will only take three characters (ie. initials). If you want
to change your inside engraving to "Your Signature," you will need
to complete a printed Jewelry Adjustment form. |
| Add
a textured palm side |
Unlike
the Traditional Smooth Band that is polished and smooth, the Textured
Band (Palm Side) has a distinctive look that helps keep your ring from
showing wear. Not all designs offer a textured palm side option. Please
call 1.800.854.7464 to determine if this option is available for your
ring. |
| Replace
the crest on my stone |
If
your crest (an initial or symbol mounted to the top of your stone) has
become worn down over time or from excessive wear, Jostens can replace
it. |

The

jewelry. The result is a "natural" finish. |
| Add encrusting on my ring |
Our
encrusting process ultrasonically pressure-forces an initial or symbol
into the stone for an "inlaid" look. Encrusting symbols are
available for most rings. Some ring designs may not offer encrusting.

your ring. |
| Change
the color of my encrusted stone |
You
can change the color of your encrusted stone, without changing your
encrusted symbol. |

Your
ring may be exchanged for another current ring design of comparable
value or an upgrade and remake fee would apply. Please contact us for

the left or right side of my ring |
You
can change one or both of your ring sides (Note: Jostens offers a one-time remake for underclassmen while in
high school who desire or have a need to change their activity or mascot panel. Any additional requests
for Design-A-Side® changes will incur a $60 adjustment fee)

| Upgrade/change
my metal quality or color |
You can upgrade your ring to a higher metal quality (i.e., 10-kt. To 14-kt.)
or change the metal color (i.e., white to yellow). You will be charged an
initial $60.00 to remake your ring plus an additional fee for the cost
difference between the metal qualities and/or color (if applicable).

| Remove
the Textured Band (Palm Side) on my ring band |
The
Textured Band (Palm Side) is a distinctive look that helps keep your
ring from showing wear. In order for Jostens to remove the Textured Band
from your ring and create a Traditional Smooth Band, a new ring must be
made. |

| Trade
in my ring for a new ring |
A
10K, 14K or 18K high school ring may be traded in for partial credit
toward a new Jostens college ring. The trade-in credit will be based on
the prevailing gold price at the time of trade-in. Credit for the
trade-in will be allowed only if they accompany a new order. You
may only trade-in one ring per order. |
