Letter Jacket FAQ
Manufacturing / Delivery timing
Your custom letter jacket will take 5-6 weeks to manufacture from your online order date and is shipped standard freight via UPS. Shipments to Alaska are made via USPS.
The shipping fee is a flat rate and is shown at checkout. Overnight shipping is available for an additional charge. We cannot ship Letter Jackets to a P.O. Box or Internationally.

Jostens accepts Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover. Only one card may be used per transaction. Payments made with a credit, debit, or gift card will incur a $1.00 pre-authorization hold on your account. The authorization hold does not debit your account and is typically reversed within 24 hours. At this time, we do not offer JPay or installment payments for letter jacket purchases.
Changes & Cancellations
If you placed your order through your Jostens Representative refer to your original order form for assistance. If you don't know who to contact, locate your Jostens Representative.
If you placed your order online or by phone, please contact Customer Service at 1.800.232.6333 (US) for further assistance.
Cancelling Your Order
You may cancel this order within 3 business days from its placement without charge; thereafter cancellations will be subject to a $75 cancellation fee.
You may change this order within 3 business days from its placement for no additional charge. No changes are allowed after 3 business days from placement of this order.
When we receive your order, we will send a web order receipt to the email address that you provided with your order. Your order is placed with Jostens when a receipt appears on your screen. Your detailed receipt includes the number of items purchased, sales tax and total order price.

Returns, Damages or Defective Goods
We stand behind the quality of every product we sell.
We offer a full refund, credit or exchange for any product with a defect in materials or workmanship.
All claims and returns must be made within 90 days of receipt of the products.

Letter jackets are dry clean only. For leather sleeves, we suggest a dry cleaner that specializes in leather cleaning for added attention and care.
Jostens does not sew on customer owned patches/letters. We recommend bringing to a local dry cleaner.
Please refer to our sizing chart. If you are in between measurements, we suggest sizing up. Letter jackets are designed for a looser fit.
Yes, we offer alterations to body and sleeve length. You may add or remove up to 6 inches in increments of 2 inches.
At this time we do not offer JPay or installment payments for jacket purchases.

Because this item is created uniquely for you, we do not accept general returns on this product.
