Mascot Shop Bulk Order FAQ

You can upload new artwork and brand information on the School Admin page -> School Branding. To archive old assets, you can deselect items from your approved artwork.

Products can be personalized by style, design, placement and color. Choose up to 4 different design placements to make your items truly unique.

The Mascot Shop offers embroidery and screen printing for bulk orders. 

You will be able to upload your school’s design to your Mascot Shop. If you are having any issues, please reach out to your assigned Jostens rep or contact our customer service team at  cccmascotshop@jostens.com

All products are decorated in the U.S. on blank, globally sourced garments

Orders ship in 7-10 business days. After items are customized, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information. Shipping time is additional. Delivery usually takes 2-4 business days depending on the delivery location in the continental U.S. The total order time, with customization and shipping, is 10-14 business days. 

The Mascot Shop produces custom products that are made to order. As a result, we cannot expedite orders.

Bulk orders have variable pricing based on stitch count for embroidery and the number of colors for screen printing. The easiest way to reduce the cost per item is to increase the quantity of your order 

Every order is immediately confirmed with an email containing all product details. Once your order is ready to ship, you will receive an additional email with tracking information.

If you see a spelling mistake or have picked the wrong design, you have one hour after placing your order to cancel it. To cancel your order, you must contact Jostens Mascot Shop customer service by phone Monday through Friday between the hours of 7:30 a.m.-7 p.m. (CST). Please note that once an order begins production, you can no longer make changes or stop the shipment of your order

Products are custom and cannot be returned. Jostens will replace any product that arrives defective in decoration or garment. Jostens will not warranty any product that has been used  

If you have received the wrong color, size or a defective item, please contact our customer service team for assistance at cccmascotshop@jostens.com.  

We understand that mistakes happen. If you happen to order the wrong size, we will not be able to replace, refund or exchange it. However, if you receive an item in the wrong size, please take a picture of the sizing tag and send it to us at cccmascotshop@jostens.com along with your bulk order number. Our customer service team will then provide further instructions to help resolve the issue.
