High School Graduation Products
Manufacturing & Delivery
Typically your announcements will be delivered by your sales rep if you ordered between August and November. Otherwise, in most cases, your shipment will arrive 2-3 weeks from the date we receive your order IF your school's large group order has already shipped. The group order was placed by your classmates in school and must ship before your individual order can be processed. Standard shipping rates vary.
Apparel and Accessories
If your order was placed during the Fall in-school ordering period (approximately August through November), items shipping to your home should arrive within 3 weeks of your online order date. If you placed your order after the in-school order deadline, your order will be released for manufacturing once your school's large group order has shipped. Once released, manufacturing takes approximately 10 business days plus shipping. You will receive a shipment notification when your order is on it's way!
Changes & Cancellations
Your Graduation Announcements, Name Cards and Return Address Labels are custom printed with your personal information, therefore cancellations are not accepted after your order has been submitted (the receipt has displayed on your screen).
Damaged or Defective
If any of your products have arrived damaged or defective, please call 1.877.475.7027 or contact us and we will assist you in getting your products replaced.
To make personalization changes to your existing order, please call us at 1.877.475.7027 within 24 hours to help us expedite the correction of your order.
If you need to make any exchanges, returns or cancellations for your Apparel, Frames or Keepsakes, or if any of them arrived damaged or defective please call us at 1.877.475.7027.
